-Trilene knot for mono because it's easy to tie and strong

-Palomar knot for braided or fused superlines because it doesn't slip, easy to tie, and strong

-Blood knot for connecting 2 separate lines

I've tried others, they're OK but I have an easier time remembering how to do these in the field without practice.

I use the trilene mostly, because it's so easy. But I also use the palomar, for adding a leader I use the surgeons knot much easier than the blood knot. HT sells a nice litte knot book I think it's only .79cents.
