Anybody find 2 or 4 lb test to produce more perch compared to 6lb mono?

4lb fire line.. ;)

I have 4pound on all but 2 rods. I have 6 on those. I prefer using the 4 so the 6 don't get as much use. I always go as lite as possible. Been using that P-line for the past few years. I like it. Just my 2 cents.

I totally agree.
Braid is indestructable and is extreamely small in diameter, but it also doesn't stretch.
The no stretch allows to detect even the lightest of bites no matter how deep you need to fish.
And I like 4# over 2# incase something larger wants to hit.
Like a large bass, walleye, or even a steelhead.............................which happens often for us.
I don't feel you gain much using 2# over 4#. With braid anyway.
