That'a girl! Congratulations! What a smile! Nice deer too.
I actually got out for an hour this afternoon. No luck; but lots of tracks!

Congrats to your daughter fishinmachine!! That’s awesome! And congrats Bruce!! Me and my 3 buddies didn’t shoot anything this morning. I did see a doe and fawn whizz by at 65 yards coming from the neighboring property where they were doing a drive. Then I saw the biggest buck I’ve ever seen while hunting dogging 2 does but couldn’t get a shot. At least there’s still time to get after him if he stays around the farm I hunt. 🤞🏻

Good job everyone, I hunted state lands yesterday, never seen so many guys out in my life. I know it's public land but I went in at dark and when it got light out I had a guy to the left and right of me so I got up to leave and started walking towards the road and there was guy behind me too!! We went to lunch and a new spot, still state lands and I connected with a 6pt and I seen 3 other doe but couldn't shoot.
My
other buddy got a slob 9 pt just before dark on private land.

My youngest son, Chris, got a nice doe yesterday.
I gave him crappola because it didn't have horns, but he said that horns don't even make decent soup.
Anyway, Donna and I bought him a 7 cu ft chest freezer yesterday for xmas this year.
So the timing was good.
