My best buddy turned 13 today so we made him his favorite dinner ,Turkey ! There was also a pumpkin cupcake in the picture but before we could get it he scarfed it up lol. We also made some homemade stuffing and green bean casserole with the leftover cream of mushroom soup.

Just put up a big jar of pickled hot cherry peppers stuffed with anchovies.

It’s an acquired taste and I love them. My Dad used to keep them in the fridge most of the time. A nice slice of Italian bread and a couple of those make a very tasty snack.

If I had some fresh Romano or Asiago I would have put a slice in with the anchovies.

Made a big pot of venison vegetable soup tonight for the opening weekend of gun season . Venison steak , venison sausage vegetable juice, beef broth and multiple vegetables including chopped cabbage. Then I spice to taste.
