Ham with mustard and brown sugar glaze in PARCHMENT PAPER on the Weber



Nailed seasoned potatoes......on the Weber.

Fresh steamed (my garden fresh) asparagus.



Pretty darned good.

I love it done in foil instead of paper
Parchment paper leaves a funny taste in the food.

My wife did beef short ribs in the insta-pot tonight,along with a pasta salad. ribs were awesome. Tomorrow is her 50th birthday. I'm doing lobster tails, king crab legs and porterhouse steaks for us and our 2 boys. An evening fire is planed along with a couple cocktails.
