Have a big pan of perch to clean tomorrow morning.👍 Pasta, home made sauce and salad tonight.

Gotta teach my Bride to love perch tacos next.  Took 51 years  to get her to like fried fish.

Homemade Chinese again for football.  Trying Wonton soup, another ragoon recipe and eggrolls. First ragoon recipe was a bust.

Used to be either Sahlens or Zweigles.
I did their smokehouses and saw what went into them.  All good stuff.

Zweigles is the only hot dog we’ll eat. Tried all the others…..nah!

My neighbor brought me a 5 lb pack of reds the other day. We have him over for dinner every Sunday during the winter. And quite a bit in the summer. He keeps me supplied with venison too.

Having him over for a perch fry this afternoon. I’ve been reducing the population pretty well lately.

I love the whites.

I like white hots once in a while. My Bride isn't a fan. I also enjoyed their Italian sausage, though, I don’t see them any more.

Their cocktail hot dogs are a favorite of ours. I buy them up when it’s the season.
