Caught a good mess of perch this  weekend.   Had perch fish fry Sunday and then tonight had perch/shrimp garlic parm with angel hair and garlic cheesy bread



Probably going to die young from all bad stuff in great lakes fish.  But dammit was it good!!!!!!

Meatloaf burgers, steamed spinach, baked potato and sautéed mushrooms.


No fish were harmed, caught over the limit or released to meet their ultimate demise. The scavengers went hungry. I feel bad for the scavengers. They need to eat too…..even if it’s a human who provides.

Lol looks good Bob! I'm making wings found whole wings on sale for 77cents a lb if you bought a 40# case...I bought two cases ! Each case came with wings in 2.5- 3 lb packs
..great buy!
