Homemade New England Clam Chowder.
Salmon stuffed with spinach and cream cheese.
Opened a can of collard greens to go with.
I use apple cider on my greens and Donna uses a pat of butter.
Nice meal.

Ny Angus strip( not some Florida imitation) garden tomatoes with vinaigrette, feta cheese and garden zucchini with onion and herbs…and a whole bunch of fresh garlic.
