I bought I think what is an Excalibur off of EBay years ago. The guy selling it never washed the marks from drying tomatoes off of the screens. I figured that they would wash off so I bid on it. I had the only bid because of those marks. I paid under $50 for it DELVERDED. About all I use it for is making jerky. Works great.

Edit: I looked to day. It has 8 trays but I did not look at the back to see what brand it is for sure. It is heavy!!!!

I also love peppers. Usually grow my own but got too busy this year so I went to market and got tons of sweet and some hot peppers. Pickled em in oil and vinegar with shallots garlic and other spices. So good on everything

Talk to Attack about sauerkraut. He's an expert.

My newest raised bed. This one just for garlic. 32" x 96" x 11" deep.

I'll give it a week or two to settle then plant. I like the way it turned out.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Pickled up some big Sandy and red onions, cow horn and jalapeņo peppers today. Other than some applesauce and a batch of dilly beans......I'm done!

Had a nice veggie salad for dinner too.

Good day in the kitchen and shop.

Nah, I know better than that. Don't want to end up like Euell Gibbons.

Urban legend has it that he died from eating wild mushrooms. Just figured an old hippie like Dom would know the name
