I'm loving it DS! The apples were good, but could have cooked longer and at a higher temp. Actually, they'd probably be better on the Weber. Fishjohn has me thinking corned beef brisket this weekend. I've done a few in the past with a recipe that calls for smoke on the rack.....cover in a pan with a liquid mix, then finish on the rack. I like his method better. Way less complicated. Rg
