I just bought a 385 ci (same as the 345 but with built in GPS) I haven't had a chance to use it yet so I cant tell you how well they work. The only downfall that I could see was how small the screen is. Depending on what type of fishing you are doing it might be fine, but If I was going to do it over I would go with the 500 series for the screen size. Hope this helps.

Ive been looking at alot of different brands and models and have noticed that alot of them have small screens, mabye I'm just use to the old bulky ones, but i would like a big color screen.going blind in my old age.
