Thanks for the reply BBB. Wife, pup and I are headed to Cayuga Lake State Park this weekend and next week. Able to get generator from BIL to have A/C for the pup. Mid to upper 80's expected and humid. Using kayak to catch fish. Have some spots picked out with some local knowledge help.

Iceman, ended up with just the 3 walleyes, 2 were keepers and 1 just under 15". 1 very nice SMB and a pike broke me off. Got "hot" pretty quick. Water temp out on the lake 74/75*. Marked a lot of fish early and very few when I came in. Most of them were between 15 to 20 fow over 24' or so.....h2l

Fished this morning caught 2 walleyes, one keeper and a 13 inch perch that had more meat than the walleye. Caught the short one on a leech  no other hits on leeches. Beer Belly Bob thanks for telling me where to get them. H2l nice to talk with you today. The lake temp dropped a degree since last week it was 76.5 there doesn't seem to be as many bait balls as other years. Did find a few schools of fish but most didn't want to play.

The job I’m running is shut down as we wait for state approvals, and we all know how fast they work, so I took a couple days off. Wandered out to Oneida this morning with the wife and kid and put 6 keepers in the boat nothing big but healthy fish. White perch were a nuisance all morning caught probably 20 of them. Headed out on the Sacandaga tomorrow morning with a buddy for a few hours of fishing

BBB, always nice to fish another lake and Oneida is a good one, glad you had some luck. Good Luck out here today. Trollers and those using bottom bouncers should do well "if" they find the fish. They don't seem to be at any one depth and they sure are moving a lot. We need a steady weather pattern and I don't mean HOT with T-storms everyday. I know it would help the jig fishing....h2l

.9-1.0 worked well

I have been fishing mornings and evenings with equal success I have a few different areas that I target depending on time of day

BBB, thanks for the speed, not that I am doing any trolling. I like to know things like that just in case someone ask. I don't give up locations. I thought maybe you would do well with all the fish I saw on Tuesday. Not seeing many guys trolling over this way, my cousin sold his boat and he was out there a lot....h2l

iceman, had to go to the post office about 2:30 yesterday, the lake at the bridge was rolling with some honest 2 to 3 footers out of the SE.
