Title: Zucchini casserole
Post by: devil-man on Oct 03, 2006, 11:39 PM
-Take a medium to large sized zuke
-You'll need 3 or 4 eggs
-Lots of cheese
-A little milk
-Season to taste

Slice that zucchini up and make a nice even layer in the bottom of a glass baking dish.
Throw everything else on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
