I've already posted on Shanty, but will drop in here from time to time.
It does looks like we may get some early ice fishin' in however.

fish on,

Just go.
This isn't an airport where you have to announce arrivals and departures.

I ain’t goin anywhere unless I’m called to duty.

Too d**n cold over there……and I don’t mean outdoors.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Oh please... Say it ain't so... This next week, we are going to be in the mid 40's with a possible 50 on Wednesday.  The perch over in the CalHarbor area are jumping in the boat.  I will most likely target at least one or more days next week to load up on some perch.  We should still have plenty of soft water to enjoy and explore...

Ha Ha, I see you changed your location.  How long have you been down there?  Is this a permanent move?  Wife and I are going to be in Sarasota for most of Jan-Feb.

You should never abandon ship in indiana. Now is the best bite of the year on resi's. Sally and Missy are on fire. Lots of shore access sites and still get a boat in. Fish have alot less area to hide with the water down. You just have to dress like your on the ice.

I think i can call it over for 2022 open water. Another excellent year and finished sunday with my grandson for a memorable outing. The bite was on and was easy for him to connect. I mostly just sat and took fish off for him. A big fish fry planned for this evening right after he gets done with BB practice. The ice gear will be coming out.
