Steinacker or Red Fleet?

I am working out of town and was wondering which lake near here would be good for some after work fishing? I'm in Vernal so these are the closest to me that I know of. What should I use? And what kind of fish will I be hopefully hooking into?  lol Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. I just so happened to bring my fishing pole and a small tackle box with me.  @)

Dont get out that way myself but i would try pelican if i did, i hope the answers from I.S. helped out more. Not much traffic on here this time of year. Good luck
