By the way things have looked to me on my high elevation adventures this winter (monte cristo, whitney lake and the berry) I think we're on track to fill all of our reservoirs this year plus some. I have no doubt the great salt lake will be seeing and enormous increase in level also. Water managers have been dropping reservoirs pretty extensively for the last month and Willard is right about the old high water mark. This DWR article focus's mainly on northeastern Utah but I think it applies to most of Utah this year
