What a week..6 over 5 pounds in the last two trips..all in 20 feet of water in balls of bait fish..drop shot , Carolina rig , Texas rig and football jig did the trick..crazy part I have only got 7 bites in those two trips

If you don’t mind me asking in how deep of water we’re you seeing these balls? I’ve tried trolling through a lot of shallower water bait balls for trout, but you’ve got me thinking maybe we should be looking for green fish.

Hey Jibbs,
It's exciting when you get largemouth in deep water.
I got one about 5 1/2 lbs on Conway out of about 25 to 30 on a drop shot a while back.
They certainly take while to come up.
