I don't like trout. Walleye is the best but I keep gills, crappie and catfish.

My favorite eating fish will not be found in water, , , ,unless your at the beach. The second favorite fish would be a tie between either a Jack Salmon or Burbot. It makes me HUNGRY just thinking it, , , , , oh and the fish too,

Perch and walleye all the way... but if how good burbot and rock bass are known to taste then it could very well change
