Thanks was very good! Wife won't eat gizzards,mushrooms or jalapeños so when she works on Sunday evenings at hospital I make everything she won't eat lol!

Found a package of walleye fillets in the freezer. Fried some in Italian bread crumbs and some in Uncle Buck's beer batter. The grandkids ate like horses. They love fish.

Did perch in the air fryer for the first time and it was pretty good.

Whatever they say….don’t freeze pizza dough. It turns out tough and chewy. Make it fresh and use it…to make great pizza.

We did burgers on the Weber last night. Gonna do a piece of ham and taters on the grill today. Gotta take advantage of this weather while it lasts.
