Not really. Dri them off, a quick dip in egg/ milk, bread with House Autry Cajun/ seasoned bread crumbs. I give them a spritz of some cooking spray and bake at 400* till the temp in the thickest part is 165 or so.
They really are tasty this way. I would have done them on the Weber but it's blowing 25plus and been snowing like heck on and off.
Crazy weather.
