I have to find an addiction hot dog hot line lol zwiegals for me again tonight but made burger for wife but tomorrow doing grilled tuna steaks over fruit and veggies and getting boat ready for dock in Erie

Grilled chicken thighs and a hearts of lettuce salad with malt vinegar vinaigrette for me. My Bride wanted some Minestrone we had frozen.

For me a good, light meal. Down 11 lbs s far. About 10 more to go and I'm at fighting weight.
