I make fish cakes About the same way with perch and gills. Have them on a roll with lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce.

 Last night was grilled sausage sandwiches  with red pepper, onion with coleslaw

Last night we hit my sister and BIL’s camp for a little pot luck.
One of my other sisters and her BF came out to the lake to join us.
Donna and I made a large salad.
Lots of veggies, cabbage, and various lettuce.  Added apples, blue berries, and strawberries.
Also crumbly blue cheese.
Lastly, I sauté’d up 2 small bags of walleye cheeks and tossed them in for the required protein.
They had burgers, dogs, corn on the cob, and my sister Mary brought a really tasty broccoli salad.
Then we went and watched the sunset from my place.
Nice night!

Made a pot of sauce with the 100’s of Roma tomatoes that I have. Super simple and delicious! All ingredients are homegrown!
Going to make some venison meatballs to go with it!
