 2hrs at 275 in foil (rubbed of course)
Another 1 1/2hrs at 350 with my spectacular sauce.

The best is yet to come. Another 20 minutes or so to crust them up.

Ribs,Mac salad, home made Bourbon applesauce and deviled eggs. The ribs were spectacular, actually fell apart when I took them off the Weber. Super tender.

 Very rare Filets with tossed salad with fresh cherry tomatoes, with some really small salt taters

Braised em on the grill
Wrapped them and finished them inside.
2 hrs at 275.
Not the same as doing them for 8-10 hrs on the smoker but still really good.
Acorn squash, green beans, and some “doctored up” refried beans.
Great Sunday dinner!!

I did a sirloin as well. Made baked potatoes on the grill (guess they weren’t baked after all) with steamed broccoli

Long rough day when nothing seemed to go right.

So, circled the wagons and made some comfort food. Grilled cheese, added some franks red hot and mushrooms.
