Rg I baked it, sprayed XVOO on the bread crumbs. 425 for 10 mins to brown the breadcrumbs,  then 300 till 165 interior temp. Maybe 25 mins tops.

Thanks! Gonna have to try that  watched a video of a chef cooking a roulade where he wrapped the roll tight in plastic wrap and poached it in chicken stock. Then he pan fried it . Thought it might be kind of chewy that way.

He stuffed his with a garlic herb Boursin cheese and spinach. That part I liked.

Breaded and baked that would be delicious. Maybe with a chicken/ lemon Béchamel.

Taking a page from Dom’s cookbook tonight. Bacon cheeseburger egg rolls and fries.

Micro plane cheese grater got my thumb last night.



Took a nice couple of grooves off the end. Worst part is, the bandaid on my thumb screws up the Touch ID on my iPad.

Not to mention trying to make sure there wasn’t any Asiago cheese under the flaps of skin. Sharp cheese grater.

Well, I got a bit distracted by trying to grate the end of my thumb off and the egg rolls over cooked a bit. They were pretty ok but well done.

Definitely worth another try.
