I made Chili yesterday. Came out excellent. Probably my best yet.
Today, will be blackened walleye and more chili before we freeze leftovers.

Went on my first 2021 fishing excursion today. Classic fish and chips with slaw tonight with the wife's homemade chili sauce from our garden.
