I've been playing with my new deep fryer. Tonight my grandkids talked me into making deep fried Oreos. Didn't take much arm twisting.
OMG they are fabulous. Even my wife who wrinkled her nose at first loved them.
Definitely worth making.

Ice fished today , on way home had a craving for a pork chop, bought some thick cut chops and steamed asparagus really hit spot!!!

Chili tomorrow (Bride requested) and I’m good with that.
