I have a cast wok love it I get it hot as hell then cook very smoky but well worth it

Maiden voyage for the wok was successful. I didn’t meddle too much. Broccoli could have been on a few more minutes before the peppers were added. Fried rice was spot on.

Congratulations! Nice stir fry. If she’s anything like me in the kitchen, you’ll need to make space for all the sauces and stuff. Can’t tell you how much I’ve accumulated for oriental cooking.

Honey brined turkey breast, steamed asparagus and green beans sauteed in rendered bacon with baby bellas, smashed sweet potatoes with fresh pineapple chunks.  Lots of work but so worth it! Lisa said its the best sweet potato shes ever had 8)
