Oh yeah...and a couple Heineken for the cook.

Simply amazing! How did you cook it? What cut of venison?

Its venison burger... make a pie shape bottom.. fill it with whatever you want and put a cover of more burger on top with bacon on it
I laid 1/2 # bacon on a cookie sheet.. put the bottom of stuffed burger on bacon..  cream cheese then some green peppers fresh mushrooms, jalepeno peppers, slices of extra sharp cheddar... then cover with top part of burger .. bring bacon around to the top..  cook on grill with indirect heat 1hr and 30 min around 200° then turn it up to around 300° for a 30 min or so... when i turn it to 300° i flip the it over and put bbq sauce on top of bacon

Lisa liked the kabobs so much she asked me to run them back, and I liked the left overs so much as lunch we doubled down.
