We had boneless skinless chicken thighs last night. 1/3 marinated in lemon garlic, 1/3 marinated in cilantro lime and 1/3 marinated in a new Goya marinade I found.
They all were fantastic!

They're great, I just picked this one up cheap Monday and love it, so much you can cook on them and not heat the house up.

We did a big thick Top Round Roast tonight on the Weber. Soaked in Brazilian Steakhouse marinade. Came out perfectly rare.
Corn on the cob for a side.

Would make a heck of a breakfast but indeed that was last nights meal.

Yeah, we are going to do grilled fish over a nice salad, and mixed fruit. Quick and easy.
