My son's been wanting to smoke something so I pulled out a pork lion roast chicken and spiced it up. Joe wanted to try a bacon weave and did a great job.  Roast was amazing

I got 4 nice poblano peppers from a friend.
I’m going to char them tomorrow on the grill and then combine with some ground beef, onions, mushrooms and rice to whip up some Spanish Rice for a nice one dish meal for dindin.

Couldn’t get started in the “little Wood Shop” when I got home from mowing the golf course. Just one of those days where I had “toy builders block” I guess.

So…I cleaned the shop and made pasta. That’s what I do when I get a block. Clean …then ….cook.

Almost always works out.

Lol, looks great, headed for the bar tonight for a burger, spent all day wiring and hanging sheetrock in the place a door used to be and haven't thought about dinner.

Nice, my wife loves poblano peppers so we grow them each year.  Harvest was good again this year, just picked 8 more  today for a new recipe.

Well ,got home little late cooked these leg quarters in air fryer came out great!... Yes would of loved to grill them but I well still fantastic!

Bought a new cooking toy for the garage.  On sale at cabelas and I got a 5% first responder discount.  Going to be great for deep frying , canning and big pots of soup and such

Just did 2. Quarts of Hungarian hot peppers stuffed with ham, pepperoni, salami and mottzerella cheese in balsamic vinegar and olive oil and Pepper's in vinegar gonna soak then make hot sauce
