Yea John they eat well..there eating to other half of loin raw and made them bowtie pasta cooked in chicken broth little bacon and little maple syrup lol

Grabbed some poblano peppers from the garden, wife made some poblano sauce, we stuffed the peppers with chicken, local corn and black beans, tossed them in the smoker, added cheese at the end. Good teamwork.

Interesting recipe Bart.looks great!
Chef John’s panko crusted chicken Parmesan  tonight with home made sauce and pasta.


My Bride consumed her whole portion. A testament to this recipe. She’s not a fan of chicken.

Fortunately, there’s  leftovers from mine for lunch tomorrow.

Nice looking oven KP, pellet fired? I have the Pellethead Po Boy oven and I like it, nut you need to have someone heep the hopper stoked so it gets the stone up to temp. I don't use it much because it's a pain, but it turns out good pizzas fast!
