Made the best chicken Parm recipe I’ve ever found last night. My Bride even ate the leftovers. She NEVER eats leftovers.


Allrecipes, Chef John’s recipe. That guy is really good. His recipe went into my life recipe book. ( which my Son will inherit. Along with my cookware.  My Daughter is not a cook)

Picked a bunch of peppers but only had one pack of sausage. Thought I had two . So the other peppers will be frozen for now…
