Update: I left the battery on the charge for 2 days at 2amps. Took it off and it read only 12.5 volts. Threw it in on at 10ams overnight and it went up to 13.75. I though good, it is okay. I didn't use it right away, instead I checked in every hour or so with the meter. In one hour it was down 13.01. In two hours in was down to 12.6 and in 3 hours it was down to 12.2. So my take is, it is a bad battery and can't hold a charge. Which for right now is fine, as I have taken the boat out of the water and stored my tackle. Time to wait for ice.

Looks like next year I will just have to get a new one.

Thanks for everyone's help on the matter.
