You guys got some great wiper, walleye, crappie, and saugeye fishing on the east slope!
You can come over here to the western part to catch the monster bluegills, catfish, and trout!

Actually my Dad is the one that looks like ZZtop. My uncle looks like a very old Tim Mcgraw.
We use large minnows to catch wipers. They are kinda hard to clean because they have big rib bones. They are actually good to eat.

I have only been to the east side of colorado to fish occaisionally, and I can tell you one thing, those wipers fight like there is no tomorrow! They are perhaps one of the strongest fighting freshwater species. I have caught them on bass stuff like rattling cranks and flukes. Never have eaten them, though.
