Title: 7-28-07 tuckertown lake..
Post by: zooker on Jul 29, 2007, 05:47 PM
water is 83 degrees and fairly clear -alge bloom- the fishing was "on" for sure. i caught 12 with 8 keeper bass big around 4 pounds. all on finesse jigs or small craws-baby paca craw- texas rigged. the bass would hit VERY lightly often stealin the jig trailers..  it took some doing to get a hook up but a hard hook set to the left was working to some degree..

water level is down 2+ feet making launching/ loading tricky at the hwy 49 launch as it brings the big ROCK into play that guards the end of the ramp..
