panfishman13:
can somebody post some pictures of all the different kinds of carp they've caught and what kind they are.
i caught a carp last weekend, not a grass carp, or common. carp for sure though, just can't figure out what it is. ??? :-\

panfishman13:
oh, forgot the discription ::) it was smooth on most of it's body with only a single line of large scales along it's back. carp style yellow, and was a hefty fish that fought by hugging the bottom and swimming sideways ??? i'll try to find a picture of the same kind of fish, didn't have a camera when we went :-\ any help appreciated

panfishman13:
aha! thanks to powdiddy for taking this picture and posting it so that everyone can use it ;D  ;)

mine was about 3-4 pounds, not huge for a carp, but fought very nicely

rgfixit:
Gymnocypris przewalskii is a specie of scaleless carp, but it's only found in Northern China.
