Picked up a wildflower mix and radish seeds. I’ll be starting radishes in the trough planter in a couple weeks. Got my seed potatoes as well. (May have already posted that) Garlic is poking through (happy about that). Daffodils, Swiss iris and crocuses are all coming up.

Hope they don’t get frostbit.

It’s getting to my happy season.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Start them indoors using the same timeline you would for tomatoes. put them outdoors for a few hours at a time as it gets warmer to strengthen them but don't leave them outside if cold enough for a frost . Enjoy at the end of the summer

Got my peppers, egg plants, leek, and celery started 2 weeks ago.  Starting to show signs of life.

We got two shipments of plugs this morning.  Can’t fill the pots with soil fast enough to keep the planter girls happy..😎

Good growing Dom.

Speaking of growing, my garlic is sprouting, first time planting garlic, is now normal? Planted them in mid-November. Thanks.

Yeah. I have three beds sprouting with 8” of leaf mulch on top. Happy to say, I never have to buy store garlic.

I’m very much looking forward to this year’s growing season. The wife and I decided we’re going to do a lot more canning and freezing this year

a very good sign for sure. Mine sprouted last fall. Just means it’s happy!

Was gonna put radishes and potatoes in the trough planter today, but, this weather stinks.
