Someone finds a new bourbon to try every weekend it seems…going to need a bigger rack…getting nervous with all that weight on the glass shelf.
We never have to worry about starving, that’s for sure!

Applebees was one of my favorites on the road. One of the few chains I would eat at.

Have I mentioned that I love this cookware?

My Daughter is coming for dinner. I’m going to teach her how to make Alfredo. Whipped up some home made garlic basil ribbon paste for her. She loves Alfredo and I have the pasta rollers. She gave me as a Christmas present many years ago.

Seemed fitting.

I’ve been looking at those steel pans. I love my cast irons, but they are heavy…and the handles get burn the crap out of you hot…

My Bride either loves me, my cooking or both! I like to think both. She bought it for me for my birthday present.

I can’t say enough good about Madein  cookware. ( no I’m not sponsored)

If you’re looking to replace cast iron, definitely look at their carbon steel pans. Once seasoned they cook the same if not better. They heat 3x faster and the handle never gets even warm to the touch…unless you toss it in the oven to finish a cook. It’s top quality and at a very affordable price compared to other brands.

Even if you screw up and ruin the season, they can be easily re-seasoned.

The Alfredo was awesome.

Tonight was venison pepper steak with roasted potatoes and Brussels.
