Nice job, Bruce! Looks like a perfect afternoon.

Probably going to be a busy weekend out there.

Thanks. The weather was perfect.

It will be busy this weekend for sure but the fishing should be good. I hope you hammer them!

Nice Bruce!  Attempted to go out this morning, the launch was packed with boats...none in which were headed out.  Some good swells from the storms last night with a good chop building on top with the solid NW wind...went to breakfast and back home...another attempt tomorrow...the weather should be good...the lake will be a war zone....

Good luck this weekend. It should be good. I am hoping to get out one more time before the end.

Congrats!  I am looking to scratch that off the list, possibly next Tuesday...shame it comes with a 8 hr round trip of driving or I'd be out there all the time!

Nice Bruce!

Walked the river from the Black hole to the Staricase and didn't see a fish, but I did manage to break my pole when my sinker struck my rod getting a snag out of a tree. Surprised we didn't run into a pod of 50 on the way back actually. Stopped in and shot the nuts with Shane and he told me there was a 1 year warranty on the rod, so I took it to Pineville sport shop and even though it is a company warranty they did me good and replaced the top of my rod free. Great customer service gets repeat customers. Great shop friendly staff and everything you need to fish the river.

Pineville Sports is a great shop to deal with.  The handle on my Lamson fly reel broke off one year while fighting a fish and I thought my day was over and stopped in to have them take a look at it.  10 minutes later, the reel was fixed with a spare handle from an Okuma they had lying around and didn't even charge me.  I gave the guy a tip and went back out fishing for the rest of the day.

Awful quiet here...

I fished off of Sandy Pond last night on my father in laws boat. I have never marked so many fish. I kept joking with him asking if his graph was in simulator mode. We never moved a rod in 2 hours.

Tonight I took my wife and son on my boat out of Oz. We went 1/2. This one is getting canned and that is all the salmon I need!
