Yes pressure cooker. It comes out like tuna fish.  Great for sandwiches and salmon patties.

90' - 110', loaded with fish. Rain today and a cool down coming...  ;)

Nice fish Bruce.  Now is it a pressure cooker or a pressure canner you use?

It is actually a pressure canner. Works great for venison too.  ;D

If you're going to eat the fish right away the pressure cooker is a good tool too. I love the way it softens fish bones so you don't have to worry about them. I've used the pressure cooker for trout, pike, and pickerel- especially good for these fish that have those pinbones that are really hard to fillet out.

Theres a difference between a pressure cooker and a pressure canner...   And most fish need to be done in a canner....   But buy a nice new one....      23 years ago this weekend I had a old pressure canner blow up on me and spent 5 nights in Syracuse burn unit...   They grafted live pig skin over my burns to prevent scaring...   This was 10 days after it happened...
