I would check the newest model and see if it's the same. I just upgraded my several year old pflueger and was surprised to see that most of the changes were appearance only. The spool, handle and several other parts are mechanically the same.

My second batch of the year. Cooked the first batch before I took pics. Several dried up ones today. Left as many as I found that were too far gone.

General Fishing Discussion / Re: 9.9 kicker speed
« Last post by fish/hunt4ever on Today at 04:36 PM »
I have the 9.9 pro xs efi kicker on the new boat and can usually troll around 1.1 or higher with just the motor, but this is on a 195 alumacraft trophy. If I was to go .6 to 1.1 usually just use the I pilot in the front to troll with. If there is some wind I use both motors to help with stearing the boat. But I use both motors most the time when I troll from 1.1 to anything higher. Just like how the I pilot steers the boat by pulling not pushing.  You could back troll and that would help you with your speed and steering as well.

Does anyone have any insight into where I can find the knob the locks the handle in place for a pfleugger ultralight reel.
My initial search hasn't been successful, only to find out the part was discontinued.

Thanks in advance,

Jeremy

We are so tired of power loss. Its decision time and we are strongly considering installation of a Generac 22 KW stand by generator.
Any opinions on the Generac are appreciated
Thanks
