We are going to our daughter's for a steak cookout. Salads and baked beans. Just an early taste of summer.

Just need to put the ham in the smoker for a while at a low temperature..
It’s just going to be me and Mindy so don’t need much…

Ham at my sister Chris' place down here.
They live just down the street.
My daughter Kelly got in the night before last.
My youngest son Chris and his son CJ (my grandson) arrive later tonight.
My youngest sister Katie and her husband, who bought a place in the park next door, got in yesterday.
And my brother Frank and his son Mike are arriving tomorrow.
(I promised Mike some saltwater fishing on Monday)
My SIL and aunt from 2 parks down are also coming.
Nice family gathering.

Starting with deviled eggs and some pickled stuff.

Then lasagna

Main course is Ham, potatoes, honey glazed carrots, bacon wrapped asparagus, balsamic brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, pineapple casserole, and Italian pole beans.

Dessert are a few Marie calander pies

Whatever they're serving at the Turning Stone.  Our family is mostly gone on both sides or have plans of their own, so the Mrs. and I are going to the $ pit for a couple days.
She likes to play. I'll take a ride to the hatchery on Onieda, maybe find something else to do. Just a couple days to loaf around.

Never had Hasenpfeffer on Easter....sounds good
