We had boiled cabbage the other night.
My entire family loves cabbage - St. Paddy's Day thing.   ;)

Anyway, this morning I fried up the left over cabbage a bit in some leftover bacon drippings.
Then folded in scrambled eggs and topped with some shredded taco cheese.
It was awesome!!!

Making a big batch of Lasagna roll ups today.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

I’d have to say that the smell of fresh baked bread is worth every second of the effort. All 10 minutes of it.

d**n it smells good!

Have a venison tenderloin marinating for a day, will warm her up on the grill tomorrow when my bones thaw.

What the longest anyone’s left thawed homemade sauce in the fridge? We took some out earlier in the week but never used it. Never even opened the Foodsaver bag. I think it’s still good to go but my bride begs to differ. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

If it’s still vac packed I wouldn’t worry about it.
