I can do this Wednesday...  But only if the Logger isn't coming to my cabin. (ughhh)  He texted me Saturday and told me this week but didn't give a definite day...  ???

Can't miss it either as I've been waiting quite a long while for him to return, pending the weather.

I can fit a few guys in my forester. It would be a good take out point car. What's the put in and take out spots?

ok. When do we meet and where? Another thing, lures of choice? What would be best to bring? I don't want to lug my crate along, just want one small box of jigs and hooks.

yeah, my baby bass crank is swimming around in romies right about now  >:(  I looked around but couldn't find a replacement. I'll bring my crankbaits and the few spinnerbaits I have, some jerkbaits and some ned rig jigs just for fun. I'll bring a few topwater plugs to round it out.

Let me know where to meet so I can get the directions, I don't know that area at all so you gotta let me know before I leave work.

Surprise inspection at work! Unfortunately it happens every 2 yrs and you don't know til they show up. Lasts several days, so if you are not already on vacation or sick leave you are OUT OF LUCK!  ::)

Be safe guys! That river must be ripping with all the rain last night!  :o

I'm just gonna stop making plans. You guys make the plans and let me know where and when you will be and I will show up if I can.

The best part of the trip for me was just getting out on the river with my kayak! It was my first time and all my worries of floating the river are gone. I didn't catch much and all the fish I caught were small. And just to rub it in, every few minutes Chez would yell "FISH ON!", LOL! The man was a fish catchin machine. He set me up with the same baits and I still couldn't hook up. I'd float the same stretch, with the same set up and watch him catch big bass and cats while I enjoyed the scenery, LMAO!!! But I still had a good time hooking up with a few small smallies, rock bass and even a funny looking gill. At least I didn't catch the skunk! ;D
