hit the honey hole from 830-1100. non stop bite and size too. we ended up with at least 50 keepers[ over 8 inches] with 20 over 10 inches and at least 10 over 12 inches. this was our best bite for size this fall, all caught on a drop shot rig and fatheads. lost many more that were keepers and even 1 lm bass around 3 lbs. seen i boat and they were fishing deep too. long casts were the key today and like i said the bite was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Put the boat away for the year now. Lake next to my house (lake neonthawanta) has a layer of slush ice on it now! Just went to BPS today and got a new 6" lazer auger, some gloves, a stand for my ice cam, and a lindy darter. Would them darters work good for perch in the smaller sizes? Cant wait for the ice!

Didnt make it out too much ice fishing this year. Had a terrible year. I plan to head your way a few weeks after the ice melts big dave if I get a new prop on my boat and my vehicle straightened around. Maybe we can get together and finally do some fishin.
