Title: She's not Nascar...
Post by: nehusker13 on Apr 25, 2004, 08:22 PM: But she has 3 track championship and a 2nd (by 3 points) in the last 4 years. I am part of the pit crew... lots of fun!!! these were taken on opening night 4/23/04.

Post by: nehusker13 on Apr 28, 2004, 07:05 PM: thanks, we put a lot of work into it over the winter, he , the driver/owner, put in a lot more time than i did, but it is a lot of fun. Especially when it is race night. Where do you race? we race IMCA at blackbird bend near onawa, iowa.

Post by: nehusker13 on May 03, 2004, 05:13 PM: That is Blackbird Bend in, well near Onawa, Iowa. It is actually behind the Omaha Indian Casino. They do a good job, usually brings 130 or more cars each night. Races start at 8 and end by 12. Memorial Day weekend special is coming and will draw many more cars than that.... good time!!!
