The walleye was VERY fishy.
And we put olives in the salad that were very salty.
The combo was bad.

I thru it all down the garbage disposal and made a sandwich and ate some popcorn.
And a few Yuengling Lights to wash the fish taste out of my mouth.
A shame!

Chicken noodle soup on the stove and apple pie in the oven.

Sure smells good in here.

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Greek chicken pizza.
Wrapped up the leftovers and froze for future meals.
Really nice change from all the salads, however it was loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and black olives.
🤣🤣🤣

Something wrong with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and onions?

Thinking about pizza egg rolls tomorrow.

nope.
I was saying that pizza was a nice change from salads, then I pointed out how much "salad" was actually on the pizza anyway.

Put a couple blocks of cheese on the Weber with the Amazin Smoke Tube to cold smoke them. Found a small piece of cheddar in the back of the fridge that I smoked early last spring. I vac packed it and it was perfect. It tasted so good, I decided to do some more.

Put some in my home made Mac and cheese the other night and it was great.

Any tips on how long I should leave it on?

Probably to late, but just saw your post...
When we do a cheddar or Gouda, we usually leave it in for about 2 hours. Usually we can tell by the color when it is done and has enough smoke. Turn it often. Every 15 minutes or so.
Softer cheese will absorb smoke much faster and sometimes won’t take more than 1/2 hour to an hour.

I love smoked cheese. We ate a block of hickory smoked cheddar with venison summer sausage yesterday for the bills game.
