Bisgetti ( that’s what my son called it when he was little) and meat balls with home made sauce tonight. Maybe a side salad.

Thawed out last pack of perch made some seasoned rice and quickly in little butter in my cast wok cooked fish then added a little Franks Red Hot stinging garlic sauce and topped rice was fast and good!!!

Perch my way.
Long grain and wild rice ( Rice-a-Roni)

Perch fillets with Wishbone Italian Dressing, Franks Red Hot, salt pepper, a few dots of butter, lemon juice and parsley. Cover with plastic wrap (poke a hole) and nuke for 2 minutes in a 1000w microwave. ( cooking times may vary) don’t overlook it!!!





Top the rice with the fish and juices. I like a grate of parm on top. Way…way better than fried. I would have added some sliced black olives if I had some. But that’s just me.

Made perch this way for many years. I’ve never complained.

That looks awesome Bob!!! I'm writing that down , I have a couple perch I can try that with , think wife would like it also...minus the heat,can do two separate ones!!!!

It’s not really spicy…unless you want it to be. Franks adds flavor more than heat.. but definitely try it. It’s a really tasty way to avoid a bunch of grease. You can eliminate the butter and it won’t make much difference. A bit of XVOO will add flavor as well.
