So…I’ve been mowing at the golf course for my Son. A week ago Friday, we set up for a tournament. Extra mowing and the urge to make things look really great.
Anyway, by Sunday, both my knees were super sore and swollen. I finally figured out that the issue was that I was just way too tense driving the mower.
Enter the big bag of frozen Mixed vegetables…sitting on my knee. My left knee was victim to tennis many years ago and still presents problems once in a while.
A week or so later and it’s getting back to normal.
In any event…we can eat the frozen vegetables .

Did the same thing many years ago after my vasectomy.
I used frozen peas.
Also used them a little higher up the legs.

Why was I a puss?
I had it done on a Friday and didn’t have to work the next day.
Besides, you didn’t know that when you called me a name.

You’re both wusses!! Lol! 😂 I had it done on a Thursday and raced a quad on that Saturday!!!🤣 I will mention that I needed frozen mixed vegetables on Sunday!!!!😳😁
-
Which is better? Mixed vegetables or peas. Asking for a friend. 🤣
-
I ran a cub scout pine wood derby the night I had mine.

I don’t like peas so I opted for mixed vegetables. I have a slush bag that I use as well. Mix isopropyl alcohol with water and freeze. 2 parts water>1 part alcohol. I put it in a freezer bag then a vacuum sealed bag. Make sure you wrap it in a towel to use it.

Those work great . I made a few of those when I had my shoulder repaired a few years back

So, regarding being a wuss...Does having kidney stone surgery on a Friday afternoon, then up in tree stand archery hunting the next morning at 4:30 AM count???
-
frozen corn also works

Very un-wuss like if you ask me.
Kidney stones are no joke. Only had one……never again I hope. Mine passed eventually. About the size of a pea. Hard to imagine something that small could have me curled up on the floor in the fetal position. I drink a LOT of water now.
Corn is Ok, but I can use the mixed vegetables in soup.

Depends on whether it was a climber or ladder stand

No lie! I just finished 8 weeks of misery with two surgeries to get three stones blasted out of there. Sucked for certain! No turkey hinting and very little fishing.

Drink LOTS of water!
Hope you’re feeling better.

Putting plenty down, especially in this heat. All systems are go so to speak. Silver lining in all the testing I had to go thru due to cardio issues in the first surgery is that I'm actually "a very healthy young man with a long way to go" according to my cardiologist. Other than the stones no one could find anything else wrong (physically anyway) with me. Back to work and all the regularly scheduled programs.

Great news. Stay with it.
