Title: Another sad story

I was reading the news and I read where a person was out in his kayak on Oneida lake..apparently he flipped over and lost his life..no idea if he was fishing or just paddling around either way very sad and so young only in his 20 s..thoughts and prayers ...

Obviously not wearing a flotation device and inexperienced. Doubt the water temp was near 40.
